ARRA Funding for Public Drinking Water Systems

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) was signed into law by President Obama in February 2009.  Among its provisions, ARRA provides ~$160 million to the Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) for infrastructure development for California’s drinking water systems.
