To support educators who lead PCE group sessions, agencies need to have several factors in place.
This workshop is appropriate for educators whose agency offers the support described below (or is currently implementing these factors):
  • Class designs (lesson plans) that use PCE principles and techniques
  • Opportunities for educators to (1) prepare for the class (includes reviewing the design, becoming familiar with the content and techniques, and practicing the class), (2) give feedback to staff who design classes, and (3) improve their group education skills, such as ongoing training and observation.
  • Registration

All sessions are 2 consecutive days; 9am - 4pm each day.

NOTE: Because the registration form includes a self-assessment, attendees should complete their own form (rather than have another person complete it for them).
