    2. Healthy Habits Begin at Birth (HHBB)

Healthy Habits Begin at Birth is the component for pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and infants. It helps prepare WIC families for the upcoming food package changes that relate to infant feeding, especially breastfeeding and introducing baby foods.

    3. Healthy Habits Every Day (HHED)

Healthy Habits Every Day is the component for WIC families with children 12 months and older. It helps prepare WIC families for the upcoming food package changes by addressing increasing fruit, vegetable, and whole grain consumption, and decreasing milk-fat consumption.
