REQUESTING A NEW WIC VENDOR APPLICATION PACKAGE

General information and instructions that apply to all new vendors

A New Vendor Store is an ownership that does not have a signed contract with the State of California’s Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program to sell WIC authorized foods to WIC authorized participants. If you are a new Vendor Store and would like to apply to become an authorized vendor you may now obtain a complete application package online.
