Vendor Certification Program
The California (CA) WIC Program Vendor Training Support Section has created Vendor Certification Program (VCP) materials to assist authorized vendors in meeting their vendor training requirement. These materials must be used when a vendor has signed the Waiver Certification form when adding an additional store to a contract or when a vendor's representative has attended CA WIC Program vendor training and represented all stores under the same contract. VCP training is designed to be interactive and meet the federal vendor training requirements.
