PCE In-service Designs: One Competency at a Time
Description: These modules are a series of in-services that emphasize one or (occasionally) two PCE Competences. These are the same PCE Competencies for Individual and Group Education agencies have been asked to observe in staff as a part of the NSP for FFY 2012-2014. Modules are designed for local agency trainers or other staff to lead during staff meetings or training days, and generally take 30-60 minutes for each session. Each module has practically all the materials needed for the session, including a facilitator’s guide, a trainee workbook, and additional training materials. The modules have a format similar to other State training modules, including a module description, the purpose and objectives, instructions, and suggested language for the trainer to use.
