2. Register/Attend a Market Manager Orientation
• NOTE: Only required for markets applying to accept the Fruit & Vegetable Check
3.  Register/Attend a training:
• Farmers Market Nutrition Program Only (PDF)
• Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program and Fruit & Vegetable Checks (PDF)
4. Submit the Application

Markets are being authorized yearly in small groups. Please contact the State WIC Office at 916-928-8513 or WICFVC@cdph.ca.gov to have your market put on the waitlist.
