By MGIT 960. Drugs routinely tested are isoniazid (INH) 0.1 μg/ml, rifampin 1 µg/ml, ethambutol 5 µg/ml, and pyrazinamide 100 µg/ml. When there is resistance to rifampin, or to any two first line drugs, second line drug susceptibility testing is performed. When there is resistance to INH at a concentration of 0.1 μg/ml, testing at 0.4 μg/ml is performed.

Interferences & Limitations
Results unattainable because culture submitted is mixed with nother mycobacteria (usually Mycobacterium avium complex) or mixed with a non-mycobacteria contaminant.
