By MGIT 960. Drugs routinely tested are isoniazid (INH) 0.1 μg/ml, rifampin 1 µg/ml, ethambutol 5 µg/ml, and pyrazinamide 100 µg/ml. When there is resistance to any first-line drug, second-line drug susceptibility testing is performed. In addition, when there is resistance to INH at 0.1 μg/ml, testing at 0.4 μg/ml is performed.
