Power Up in 10

Description: The Network for a Healthy California-Los Angeles Region invites you to participate in an interactive workshop for a new Network physical activity resource, 'Power Up in 10." Power Up in 10 is a booklet that teaches 10 basic strength-training exercises to low-income parents of the Los Angeles County.
The workshop is designed to teach leaders in the community how to utilize the resource.
