When:  April 23, 2013, 11:00 am. – 12 noon, PST

Where:  Webinar

Description:  Adopting a Policy, Systems & Environmental (PSE) change approach can help public health advocates create sustainable, comprehensive measures to improve community health.  PSE can enrich and expand the reach of current health preventive efforts and engage diverse stakeholders around the goal of improving health. What are characteristics of successful policy, systems, and environmental change approaches? This webinar will describe best practices for how health advocates can implement PSE approaches, present inspiring case studies from California and beyond, and ask participants to share successes and challenges from their communities.

Who Should Attend:  This is an entry level webinar geared to LHD’s, Regional Networks, and their partners to understand developing policy, systems and environmental change strategies for their agencies and communities.
