CCLHO Health Information and Data Committee

The Health Information and Data Committee meets quarterly in person and by Webex and/or teleconference, typically on the Wednesday morning preceding a CCLHO Board Meeting, and communicates between meetings via e-mail as necessary.

Membership includes Health Officers or designees from about 15 counties, plus representatives from the California Health and Human Services Agency (CHHSA), the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), and the Health Officers Association of California (HOAC).  Any interested Health Officer or designee may join...see link for further information (PDF)
