HIV Testing, Prevention, and Harm Reduction Service Providers

The Office of AIDS (OA) funds initiatives to assist local health departments and other HIV service providers to implement effective HIV detection and prevention programs. OA also provides training and technical assistance on a wide variety of topics, including HIV testing in medical and non-medical settings, partner services, and healthcare reform.
