Request for Applications (RFA) for the California Department of Public Health, Center for Infectious Diseases, Office of AIDS Expanded HIV Testing Project (PDF) - Letter to eligible local health jurisdictions. 

Questions about the RFA must be submitted in writing to ExpandedHIVTesting@cdph.ca.gov by Friday, April 29, 2011.  Questions and responses will be posted on this webpage by Wednesday, May 11, 2011.
