Request for Applications (RFA) for the California Department of Public Health, Center for Infectious Diseases, Office of AIDS Expanded HIV Testing Project (PDF)
- Letter to eligible local health jurisdictions.
Questions about the RFA must be submitted in writing to ExpandedHIVTesting@cdph.ca.gov by Friday, April 29, 2011. Questions and responses will be posted on this webpage by Wednesday, May 11, 2011.
Mandatory electronic Letter of Intent (LOI) is due by Friday, May 13, 2011, 1pm, PST.
Electronic application is due by Friday, June 10, 2011, 1pm, PST.
