    Request for Applications (RFA) for the California Department of Public Health, Center for Infectious Diseases, Office of AIDS Expanded HIV Testing Project (PDF)Opens in a new browser window. - Letter to eligible local health jurisdictions. 

    Questions about the RFA must be submitted in writing to ExpandedHIVTesting@cdph.ca.gov by Friday, April 29, 2011.  Questions and responses will be posted on this webpage by Wednesday, May 11, 2011. 

  • Mandatory electronic Letter of Intent (LOI) is due by Friday, May 13, 2011,  1pm, PST. 
  • Electronic application is due by Friday, June 10, 2011, 1pm, PST. 
  • Please see the RFA for LOI and application submission information.
