Office of AIDS - Medical Monitoring Project (MMP)

Welcome to MMP.  MMP is a new HIV/AIDS project being conducted by the California Department of Public Health, Office of AIDS and Stanford University.  California is 1 of 26 states and cities across the nation taking part in MMP in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  MMP is a patient survey designed to learn more about the experiences and needs of people who are getting care for HIV.  MMP will help answer the following questions:
