OA-HIPP is subsidy program that pays monthly health insurance premiums for eligible clients. OA-HIPP Guidelines (PDF)
provide an overview of the program, eligibility requirements for clients, requirements for enrollment sites and additional forms, policies and procedures. Enrollment workers may become certified through the OA-HIPP Enrollment Worker Training (PDF, 6MB)
