Health Insurance Premium Payment (OA-HIPP) Program

OA-HIPP is subsidy program that pays monthly health insurance premiums for eligible clients. OA-HIPP Guidelines (PDF)provide an overview of the program, eligibility requirements for clients, requirements for enrollment sites and additional forms, policies and procedures. Enrollment workers may become certified through the OA-HIPP Enrollment Worker Training (PDF, 6MB)

Medicare Part D 

• Medicare Part D is subsidy program that pays monthly prescription drug premiums for eligible AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) clients. Click to download the Medicare Part D Premium Payment Program Packet (PDF).

Pre-Existing Conditions Insurance Plan (PCIP)   

• The federal government has suspended PCIP enrollment after March 1, 2013.
• All currently enrolled PCIP clients will continue to receive services through 2013.
• OA will continue to pay the monthly premiums for all OA-PCIP clients through 2013.
