Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement (STAKE) Program of the Food and Drug Branch


The Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcment (STAKE) Program of the Food and Drug Branch strives to be a leader in tobacco enforcement in California. The mission of the program is to reduce the illegal sales of tobacco products to individuals under 21 years of age through effective enforcement of the STAKE Act. According to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, reducing tobacco use is part of the 2020 Healthy People objectives. Please look at links below to get more detailed information regarding this public health enforcement program.
