The mission of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Office of Civil Rights (OCR), is to administer CDPH’s equal employment opportunity and civil rights programs to ensure that the Department is in compliance with state and federal civil rights laws and maintains fair and equitable policies and procedures that will result in a work environment free of discrimination.
