The Office of Multicultural Health (OMH) serves as a policy advisor on multicultural health to both the California Department of Public Health and the Department of Health Care Services, working to eliminate health disparities and improve access to quality health care for California's diverse populations.  OMH is a focal point for improved planning and coordination of activities and programs related to racial and ethnic populations with six internal and external groups; training and technical assistance; data and research; and identification and assistance in obtaining funds for related health isses.
