County Health Status Profiles contains county data for selected health indicators as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and  modified by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) in collaboration with the California Conference of Local Health Officers (CCLHO).  Past editions of County Health Status Profiles reports are available in the links below.
