Dispensaries

The California Department of Public Health administers the Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) program only.  Dispensaries, growing collectives, etc… are licensed through local city or county business ordinances and the regulatory authority lies with the State Attorney General’s Office.  Their number is 1-800-952-5225.
