Local Health Department MCAH Program

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) MCAH Program allocates funds annually to support local MCAH Programs that are developed, operated and managed by Local Health Jurisdictions (LHJs) throughout California. There are 61 LHJs funded to accomplish the MCAH Program mission and goals. Funding is provided by Title V MCH Block Grant Funds, State General Funds and Federal Title XIX (Medicaid) Funds.
