Southwest Healthcare System - State and Federal Actions
On April 15, 2010, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) notified Southwest Healthcare System of its intention to terminate federal funding to two hospitals it operates in Riverside County under a consolidated license: Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar and Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta.
On April 19, 2010, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) notified Southwest Healthcare System of its intention to revoke its license to operate two hospitals in Riverside County under a consolidated license: Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar and Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta.
