HISP Administrative Support Branch

The HISP Administrative Support Branch (HASB) meets and supports all HISP business functions through the provision of accurate and timely administrative services.  HASB is composed of the Fiscal Services Section (FSS), the Employee Services Section (ESS) and the Contracts and Procurement Section (CPS).

• The FSS is responsible for recording and monitoring revenue and expenditures from all HISP fund sources.  HASB also creates and updates the Vital Records Fee Schedule (PDF)and produces the Vital and Health Statistics Trust Fund Report (PDF)
• The ESS is responsible for providing a wide array of employee services to HISP, such as telecommunications, inventory and supplies, space management, and personnel transactions including the posting of all current HISP vacancies at: www.spb.ca.gov/jobs/vpos/index.htm
• The CPS is responsible for the timely processing of all HISP procurements and contracts in compliance with Department of General Services’ requirements, guidelines and opportunities (www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/home.aspx)
