FFY09 Network Annual Progress Report
The FFY 2009 Network Annual Progress Report (APR) and Semi-Annual Activity Report (SAAR) forms are now available. The online SAAR and Harvest of the Month survey will be open for reporting beginning 10/1/09. The Annual Progress Report Form and the Annual Progress Report Narrative are cumulative reports intended for reporting on your Scope of Work activities encompassing the entire Federal Fiscal Year (FFY), from 10/1/08 – 9/30/09. The Activity Tracking Form and online surveys (SAAR and Harvest of the Month) are intended for reporting on your Scope of Work activities that occur between 4/1/09 and 9/30/09.
The Network will be offering two identical Web/teleconference trainings via WebEx, which will provide guidance on how to complete the forms and online surveys. The trainings are scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 1:30pm - 3:00 pm and on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 from 10:00am – 11:30 am. You must register in advance for the WebEx trainings using the registration link provided below. You may also use the registration link provided in the APR and SAAR WebEx training Save-the-Date email that was sent to LIA/NIA/LFNE Project Coordinators. All registered participants will then receive an email confirmation about the WebEx trainings with dates, times, and call-in information. To participate in the WebEx training, you must use the login information provided in your registration confirmation email. The progress report forms and online surveys are due to be completed and submitted by Thursday, October 15, 2009. All of the forms and the online surveys (SAAR and Harvest of the Month) are intended for reporting on your Scope of Work activities that occur between 10/1/08 and 3/31/09. Webinar trainings are scheduled for Tuesday, March 17th from 10:00 – 11:30am and on Wednesday, March 18th from 1:30 – 3:00pm. An email will be sent to all LIA/LFNE/NIA Project Coordinators about the Webinar trainings with dates, times and call-in information. The progress report forms and online surveys are due to be completed and submitted by Wednesday, April 15th, 2009.
