Office of AIDS - ELI Training

2008 ELI Trainings

On July 1, 2008, the Evaluating Local Interventions (ELI) system will be replaced by the Local Evaluation Online (LEO) system.  Training on the new LEO system will be conducted by the Office of AIDS this spring.  Therefore, between now and July 1, 2008, ELI trainings will only be conducted on an "as needed" basis.

If your local health jurisdiction (LHJ) has at least ten individuals who require ELI 101 training, and you have a computer lab that can accommodate on-line access for ten trainees, contact Jennifer Rohde at e-mail:  jennifer,rohde@cdph.ca.gov to schedule a training.  If you have fewer than ten staff requiring training, and especially if you have had significant staff turnover and have no one trained in ELI in your LHJ, please contact Jennifer Rohde at e-mail:  jennifer.rohde@cdph.ca.gov to create a plan for continuing your use of ELI.

The advanced ELI trainings will be on hold until after the transition to LEO.  If you are unable to access basic ELI reports and utilize your ELI data, please contact Jennifer Rohde at e-mail:  jennifer.rohde@cdph.ca.gov.

Contact Jennifer Rohde at e-mail:  Jennifer.Rohde@cdph.ca.gov if this as needed training plan impedes your successful recording of your HIV prevention activities into the ELI system.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period.
