1.  Can I download my county’s raw data?

The Office of AIDS (OA) will set a regular schedule for raw data transfers with counties upon request.  Requests can be made through Jennifer Rohde at (916) 341-6234 or by e-mail:  jennifer.rohde@cdph.ca.gov.  Data will be sent to the county directly.

2.  How do I access statewide data from ELI?

Some statewide summary reports will be available for county to state comparisons.  If you have specific needs for data beyond what ELI provides in its reports section, you may contact OA and request either a copy of your raw data or make arrangements for use of other ELI data.

3.  Who do I call if I have a problem with the ELI Web system?

First contact your county’s HIV education and prevention coordinator who will then refer you to OA if necessary. OA will be providing ongoing technical assistance for the ELI system through Jennifer Rohde at (916) 341-6234 or by e-mail:  jennifer.rohde@cpdh.ca.gov.

5.  When will the next ELI training be?

ELI trainings are held once every other month.  A schedule will be advertised statewide.
