Since the Local Evaluation Online (LEO) system is still being developed, the Office of AIDS (OA) will continue to use Evaluating Local Interventions (ELI) for the upcoming FY 2007-08. There will be slight modifications of ELI forms and the ELI database. These changes are described in a letter that was sent to all HIV education and prevention (E&P) coordinators and will be effective July 1, 2007. It is important to begin using the updated ELI FY 2007-08 forms on July 1, 2007. (Note: Data entry for interventions in the FY 2006-07 contract year will continue to be recorded on the original ELI forms).
