ARIES Master Data Collection Forms
The ARIES Master Data Collection Form shows all the data elements in ARIES. It is available in its entirety as a self-extracting compressed file or as individual forms based on each tab. The ARIES Master Data Collection Form compressed file decompresses into numerous files, so be sure to select an appropriate folder to save the file to store the files.
