Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP)

This program is designed to enhance the health, social, economic, and educational well-being of pregnant and parenting adolescents and their children in California. Built on a comprehensive case management model, the AFLP works to assess client strengths and to link clients to services in an effort to promote positive pregnancy outcomes, effective parenting, and socioeconomic independence.
