Summit > Performance Management, Quality Improvement and Public Health Accreditation Summit
A Performance Management, Quality Improvement and Public Health Accreditation Summit was held on May 1, 2012 at The California Endowment facilities in Los Angeles. This Summit was for Local Health Department staff in California who have implemented, or are interested in implementing a Performance Management/Quality Improvement System within their organization, with an ultimate goal of Public Health Accreditation.
This Summit was made possible by the CDC National Public Health Improvement Initiative grant to the California Department of Public Health, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. Funding for this Summit was made possible (in part) by the cooperative agreement award number CDC-RFA-CD10-101101PPHF11 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The views expressed in written Summit materials or publications and by speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of Health and Human Services, nor does mention of trade names, commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. government.
