CDPH is not accepting pre-applications for funding at this time.  Please check our funding opportunities for public water systems webpage information about the next pre-application period.

CDPH uses a “universal pre-application” for projects to be considered for funding.  The most recent pre-application period, for funding under the SDWSRF and Proposition 84 (Section 75022), closed on September 21, 2009. 

Although the pre-application period is closed, the following links may be viewed to provide information about the universal pre-application process.
