Universal Pre-Application

CDPH uses a “Universal Pre-Application” for projects to be considered for funding.  The current pre-application period for project funding under the Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) opens on May 3, 2013 and will close on July 8, 2013.
