    WIC local agencies provide nutrition and health services to help pregnant women, mothers, and young children eat well and live active lives. 

    Local Agency Nutrition Positions

  • WIC Registered Dietitians (RDs)
    RDs work in many areas of community nutrition, such as nutrition and health education; breastfeeding support and education; curriculum development; staff development and training; and supervision and management.
  • Nutritionists, Nutrition Assistants, and Degreed Nutritionists
    Many local WIC agencies offer nutrition assistant and nutritionist positions to graduates with a bachelors or masters degree in nutrition.
