County Health Status Profiles 2008

County Health Status Profiles contains county data for selected health indicators as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and  modified by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) in collaboration with the California Conference of Local Health Officers (CCLHO).  The County Health Status Profiles report is now available along with individual county data sheets in the links below.
