California Department of Public Health Guidelines for Human Stem Cell Research

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Guidelines for Human Stem Cell Research was released in July 2007. Recent advancements in induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) research have led to the derivation of pluripotent stem cell lines from human somatic cells. The September 10, 2009 version of the CDPH Guidelines for Human Stem Cell Research now includes requirements specific to iPSC research.
