PROGRAMS:

Forensic Alcohol Laboratory Program

Regulates laboratories determining blood alcohol levels for the enforcement of drunk driving laws and approves breath alcohol testing procedures used by law enforcement in the State in order to ensure the competence of this testing.

 

Methadone Drug Analysis Laboratory Program

Licenses and regulates laboratories providing urine drug screening services to the narcotic treatment programs in the State in order to ensure the competency of these laboratories.
