DCDC Extranet

The CDPH DCDC Extranet provides a secure collaboration site for document and data sharing between CDPH and our external Local Health Departments, Laboratories, and other public health partners. To access the Extranet, you must have a CDPH-issued User ID and Password.

How can I get an account for logging into the Extranet site?

Download and complete the DCDC Extranet Account Request Form (Word), then email to cdphdcdcextranet@cdph.ca.gov

I can't remember my password.  How can I get it reset?

Go to https://www.ext.dhs.ca.gov/passadmin/default.aspx

My password has expired and the pop-up screen will not let me change it.  What do I do now?

Go to https://www.ext.dhs.ca.gov/iisadmpwd/.  If you are still having problems, contact cdphdcdcextranet@cdph.ca.gov.
