Description:  This is an annual CVHN- Network for a Healthy California no cost event that takes place in 11 different regions through out California to encourage healthy lifestyle changes among low-income community residents through increased physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption. Each participant will learn something new about physical activity and nutriton education, and empower them to take action in their own lives and the communities that they serve.
