Get Active, Get Healthy LA! Annual Partner Meeting Nutrition & Physical Activity Forum

Description:  This meeting will offer all attendees the opportunity to network and discuss  collaboration opportunities with local leaders in Los Angeles County committed to improving healthy eating and physical activity levels. The event will promote partners to share recent successes and challenges in trying to implement healthy programs; it will leverage sharing of nutrition and physical activity resources; it will facilitate collaboration on future community healthy eating and physical activity programs, policies, and interventions; and it will communicate funding opportunities for access to healthy eating and physical activity programs.
