The Network for a Healthy California—Latino Campaign currently operates in 39 counties located in nine regions within the state. Regional Networks or Regional agencies offer materials, training, and technical assistance to qualified organizations and facilitate communication and collaboration among these organizations. Regional Networks or Regional agencies work to reduce the rates of chronic disease and promote food security among low-income Californians. the Latino Campaign empowers low-income families to eat fruits and vegetables and be physically active through community-based organizations, direct health service providers, grocery stores, and media.
