Although people with the disease may have many different symptoms, some of the most common ones include extreme fatigue, painful or swollen joints, unexplained fever, skin rashes, and kidney problems.
There are evidence-based self-management and physical activity programs that are safe and effective for people with arthritis. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides program recommendations for people with arthritis.
