Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (OA-PCIP) Forms

    • The federal government has suspended PCIP enrollment after March 1, 2013.
    • All currently enrolled PCIP clients will continue to receive services through 2013
    • OA will continue to pay the monthly premiums for all OA-PCIP clients through 2013.
