AB 1701 (pharmacy syringe sales),
AB 2541 (HIV and HIV/TB/STD disease reporting and care/treatment), and

Legislative Policy Letters

HIV/AIDS Legislative Policy Letters - OA regularly provides information to its funded partners as well as other interested parties on changes to California laws that impact HIV/AIDS services in the state.

California Laws and Regulations

California Health and Safety Code - Section 120775 through 121349.3 are specific to HIV. Sections 121022-121023 cover HIV reporting laws (PDF). See OA's California HIV/AIDS Laws, 2009 (PDF) for a fuller reference to HIV law.
California Code of Regulations (CCR) are rules adopted by state agencies and approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL). Below are some of the HIV/AIDS reporting regulations in CCR. You can search for specific sections of regulations by the title and section.
