California Statewide Training Education Program
Request for Application (RFA)
The California Department of Public Health, Center for Infectious Diseases, Office of AIDS is soliciting applications from eligible organizations for the continuation of the California Statewide Training Education Program (CSTEP). CSTEP has two specialized training curricula addressed in this RFA and are designed for HIV service providers (medical and non-medical). The intent of both training curricula is to facilitate and/or increase access to, and maintenance in, HIV care, treatment, and prevention services to stop further transmissions, especially in disproportionately impacted, disenfranchised, or vulnerable communities.
