ARIES User Manual
Below is a PDF formatted copy of the ARIES User Manual which is also available in the ARIES client application. While in the ARIES client application, you can access this context-sensitive manual by pressing F1 or navigating to Help on the black ARIES menu bar. A note of caution, if you print out the ARIES User Manual, realize that it is 600 pages in length. We encourage users to access the manual while logged into the ARIES client application.
WebEx Trainings
On-demand training via WebEx is available online for all ARIES users. The web address is https://cdph-ooa.webex.com. There are 12 self guided modules. A brief description of each module and the duration of the module are listed on the web site.
For instructions on accessing the modules, please click on the link below.
Please note that courses 1 and 2 are required of all new ARIES users.
Completeness Reports
HRSA has created Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report (RSRs) to help providers identify areas for improvement in the data that is submitted annually in the RSR. Please use the instructions below to generate your Completeness Report. Please print and review the report to identify any areas of improvement. If you have any questions, please contact Denise Absher by e-mailing her at Denise.Absher@cdph.ca.gov.

Focused Technical Assistance
The Office of AIDS (OA) sponsors focused technical assistance (FTA) webinars as part of a wider, on-going data improvement effort. The PowerPoint presentations from these webinars can be viewed by click on the links below. The presentations are narrowly focused on improving providers’ ability to collect and enter key data elements, such as client identifiers, poverty level, or CDC Disease Stage. The webinars will clarify how to collect the data element, give tips for improving data entry, describe the “Fix-It” reports in ARIES, and answer questions that users may have.
