(OA HIPP RELATED MEMO): Management Memo 2016-15 informs ADAP enrollment workers of the following changes the State Enacted Budget has on ADAP: 1. Removes the ADAP monthly co-payment obligation requirement; 2. Allows the Office of AIDS, Health Insurance Premium Payment (OA-HIPP) program to pay health insurance premiums and medical out-of-pocket costs for all ADAP clients, including those with employer-based health coverage; and 3.Establishes a pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) affordability program.
2016-14 New ADAP Enrollment Worker Training (PDF)
Management Memo 2016-14 informs ADAP enrollment workers of upcoming ADAP enrollment worker training dates and provides them with the form to sign up for attending the trainings.
2016-13 OA-HIPP Medical Out of Pocket Cost Benefits (PDF)
OA-HIPP SPECIFIC MEMO: Management Memo 2016-13 informs ADAP Enrollment Workers (EWs) of the new benefits component of ADAP’s Office of AIDS Health Insurance Premium Payment (OA-HIPP) program. Effective July 1, 2016, OA-HIPP program clients are eligible for outpatient medical out of pocket cost benefits.
Management Memo 2016-12 informs ADAP Enrollment Workers that, effective 6/25/2016 the requirement to obtain prior authorization for the Meningococcal vaccine has been removed.
Management Memo 2016-11 serves to remind ADAP Enrollment Workers of ADAP policies and of the role of the ADAP EW in relation to the implementation of ADAP’s new contractors. This memo also provides important updates and covers some topics that were identified as “frequently asked questions” during the EW AJ Boggs eligibility system trainings that were conducted by AJ Boggs on 06/16 and 06/21.
2016-10 ADAP Transitional Operations, Emergency Access and Grievance Process (PDF)
Management Memo 2016-10 supplements Management Memo 2016-09 and provides additional information regarding ADAP’s transitional operations, Emergency Access process, and the ADAP Grievance Form. ADAP’s transitional operations are built around ensuring a smooth transition for ADAP clients and ADAP enrollment workers and ensuring that ADAP clients have continuous access to their life-saving treatment.
UPDATED 6/23/2016: Management Memo 2016-09 introduces ADAP’s new contractors and includes as an attachment the client letter that AJ Boggs will mail out to all ADAP clients on June 1, 2016
