Get Vaccinated: Be sure you are up-to-date with all your routine vaccinations. Get both the seasonal influenza and the H1N1 Flu vaccinations as soon as they are available in your area. Stay home if you are sick: Practice recommended influenza prevention actions, such as washing your hands, covering your cough, and staying home if you are sick.
