Summit > Public Health Accreditation Summit: Implications for Local Health Departments in California

A Summit on Public Health Accreditation was held on August 1, 2012, at The California State Association of Counties Conference Center in Sacramento, CA.

This Summit was made possible by the CDC National Public Health Improvement Initiative grant to the California Department of Public Health, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. Funding for this Summit was made possible (in part) by the cooperative agreement award number CDC-RFA-CD10-101101PPHF11 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The views expressed in written Summit materials or publications and by speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of Health and Human Services, nor does mention of trade names, commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. government.
