Novel Influenza A (H1N1) Virus (Swine Flu) Tracking

The California Department of Public Health is working diligently to provide the public with helpful information regarding the novel influenza A (H1N1) virus.  This CDPH interactive map locates, by county, the confirmed and probable H1N1 cases.  The map distinguishes between confirmed and probable cases.

Influenza type A virus confirmed by initial laboratory testing but subtype can not be determined.  Testing in progress to determine Swine-like H1N1 virus strain.

Confirmed Cases

Swine-like H1N1 virus strain confirmed by laboratory testing.
